  • What happens during a bridal appointment?

    You will be working with a professional bridal consultant who will guide you through the amazing journey of finding the dress! Both you and your consultant will browse gowns and she will assist you putting them on, it definitely takes a helping hand!

  • Are you by appointment only?

    Yes, we operate on an appointment-only basis. Contact us to secure yours!

  • Do you charge to make and/or cancel an appointment?

    Yes, we charge a $30 booking fee for bridal appointments and $150 for VIP appointments. If you end up buying a dress at your appointment we put the booking fee towards the price of the gown. If you “no show” or cancel less than 48hrs before an appointment you will be charged a $100 fee.

  • How long are the appointments?

    Our personalized, one-on-one appointments are scheduled for 1.5 hours. You can get a longer period of time with our VIP appointments. You can view our personalized experiences to determine which works for you!

  • How much are the gowns on average?

    Gowns start at $1000.00 and top off at $4000.00 , with the average being between $1700.00. Please call for more detailed information.

  • What is the average shipping timeline for a wedding gown?

    The shipping timeline for wedding gowns typically ranges from 4 to 7 months, depending on various factors. For more precise information, we recommend calling our boutique.

  • Can you return a special order gown?

    All wedding gown sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on special order items.

  • Do you do alterations on site?

    No, we do not provide alteration services.

  • If I plan to lose weight between the time of gown purchase and the time it arrives, is that an issue?

    Wedding gowns are made to be altered and taken apart. However every gown is different, please call for more detailed information.

  • Do you serve alcohol?
    Yes, we do offer alcoholic beverages.
